Yeah I agree with the point about the siege being generally aimed at the higher levels. Maybe instead of locking all event maps during siege, it could lock only the top 2? Wouldn't really fit in with the storyline, but it gives the noobers something to do. Or maybe during the siege you could have lower level mobs (100-130, same as in the low caves) landing on some different maps if you want to try and keep the storyline making some kind of sense
Very good idea spawn lower level mobs on other maps. You could not keep lower caves open as there would be too many mobs spawning throughout the game and might crash the server. Mongchon is empy of mobs huge map siege there would be great with lowest 2 caves mobs.
