Generally i think this has been one of the best events since COVID, original, well thought out, engaging and partners perfectly with skull island!

just a couple of points for ideas for the future:

legs and webs.... this would have been op as a fresh Halloween idea =(
For summer event, all the green stuff! plants and lizards, sky and 4t? dunno just a thought

Some levels are broken for lvling in event !!! the diff betwen lvling in a gg caves at 179 (2%), then 180 (1.9%) and then 181 (4%) is silly. Not sure what can be done but just a heads up

eyes and legs exchange - love it! expand the idea (items to buy with just eyes or legs so people can use everything up)

ideas for furture: event items: op items that expire in 28 days!! this would go along side current event items (which are ace btw)

Skull Battles!!! weekly battle challenges for SI to come together as a whole and defeat evil!!!

SI last man standing.... why not =p (make prize char bound)

Whos the best? recent mc/dc/sc/kills comp was nice, why not mix it up next time?? highest: dark res - Holy res - dark damage - holy damage (poi resist =p #makeemeralds great again)
 
Great feedback and great ideas

I think the last one with the max element damage/resist would need some more thought to make it viable as there's dozens of people who already have these stats capped out
 
Love the ideas , agree should be able to spend legs or eyes on something on there own as the drop rate of legs to eyes was very leg sided I would say around 15-1 in favour of legs

Strange that you found such a massive variance. I've had exactly 2-1 ratio of legs to eyes.

I wonder if that's been a bug or something, GM should investigate what's happened with your drops for sure
 
Yeah I spent money and getting donations out of me these days is like getting blood out of a stone! Well done for that Scorp & Warda. Staggering Skull Island and the main event starting was a brilliant move which meant Skull got it's chance to show what it had to offer before everyone realised how good the main event was
 
Thank you for giving us this event in the summer!! so we dont have such a huge wait between Easter - Halloween.

Was a very good balance and i love the exchanging items for runes! made it so much better to make HP runes and upgrade some kit.

Only disapointment is Orbweaver kit not being a little bit more epic

The event was great! I love and appreciate that you took feedback from previous events and introduced new features.

The championships made the event much more competitive and enjoyable, in my opinion. I rate this 5 stars! For the next championships, you should consider adding a reward for "Most Bosses/Sub Bosses Killed" for the next events/summer event.

However, there are some areas for improvement. The respawn times in public caves, especially in the 195+ caves, are very slow, which is frustrating.

I didn’t get to play as much as I wanted during this event due to work and getting covid, but I still managed a solid 40+ hours of gameplay in public caves, achieving nearly 50k kills. Unfortunately, the mob density on all floors (public cave) was terrible. If even one or two other players were on the same floor leveling, it significantly impacted the experience. I mainly leveled in KR because I liked that map,(it was small, and had up to 1k mobs) but when I wasn’t alone, there were no mobs at all and was very frustrating. You can go from making 2% an hour to 0.30% an hour quite quickly!

Another issue was the scarcity of weaver legs and eyes. I couldn't find any in the public caves, which felt massively unfair. This meant that to upgrade Weaver items to OrbWeaver, I needed to use GG caves. It shouldn’t be like this, in my opinion.

I understand there was another method of obtaining OrbWeaver items. However, once I post a YouTube video of the clips I recorded from the boss fights, you’ll understand what I mean.

Lastly, having player drops disabled in the Event KR 195+ was no fun at all. Private caves are meant to protect you from "pesky PKers," but those PKers aren't going to attack you in the first place if KR has player drops disabled. With 0 reward for killing you, plus the guranteed loss of karma and aura and turning yellow then red (sent to hell), it just doesn't make sense.

I found this quite ridiculous and it was probably the most frustrating aspect for me. The event would have been perfect if I could actually kill players at my level and get drops in the boss room. Instead, I had to compete with four different groups hitting the boss, and someone else would end up getting the kill. It had nothing to do with the number of players in your group. It was like a lottery where the entry fee was getting there on time and the reward was getting the kill.

Other than those three issues (lack of mobs in public cave+ scarcity of weaver legs & eyes in public caves + player drops disabled in a KR), event was perfect!

Was my first event and I thought it was good fun! Good drops, good community

As OP stated, would be good as a Halloween event. Something like paradise isles style for summer. Outdoorsy, tropical, sunny maps.

Had a great time going from 184-190 in a few days :)
 
I thought it linked in really well with the Skull Island theme and there are loads of spiders around in the summer! I know because my wife keeps interrupting my game time to catch them
 
So from the view of someone who only spent about 150gg on the event and spent most of my time in the free caves. The event overall I found super fun. Some points, (I know others have already made some of these)

If one than one person is on the same floor as you there just isn't enough mobs to go around.

LureSpiders are very strong - Maybe I was the only one finding some issue with these but they hurt... a lot and were very tanky for not much more xp gain, when hitting the 7th floor it was pretty much impossible for me to do much due to the ratio of LureSpiders going waaaay up to the point where there would be more of them than any other kind of spider. (Again this might of just been an issue for me and no one else)

First floor RT Bug? This was mentioned somewhere else but there seemed to be a "dead zone" where you would never get teleported to meaning even a "good" RT would still mean a decent run to get the 2nd floor

However the positives

Super fun overall, really enjoyed going through the 2nd to 6th floors and if no one else was around the respawns were nice to keep the xp flowing in

GG caves were short and sweet and felt (I know others will disagree) rewarding most of the time (Although again I have low standards for what I consider a good drop)

While myself was never going to compete for the DC, MC, SC, Kills leader board it was fun to see leaders change and just how many kills the top player got.

The fact the Silk Spiders were tiny and as far as I could tell didn't make a sound making clearing caves rewarding as you could come across them vs what I would guess would happen if you could see / hear them easily of people just teleporting across the maps until they heard / saw one.

Seems overall this event has generated some really positive vibes and some really good ideas have been put forward by other community members. Looking forward to all and any future events.
 
abit pissed off with the npc tbh as said ends 12 on the 8th of august....this should of stated ended the 7th at midnight

took the day off work for the last bit and its gone this morn
I did the same, logged off early last night but with the intention of using remaining Orbs this morning, should of stated 11.59pm of the 7th August imo
 
It was good fun for the little time I spent playing. The only issue I faced were the Lure Spiders.... ended up just ignoring them as not worth the time to kill.
