You ever notice people on this server are ONLY active during event? We call them event “Payers”. They come along, suck up everything and log off until easter. Then summer. Then halloween. Rinse repeat.

While the rest of us that actually enjoy the game slog away and deal with the daily grind and shitty drops etc…

Well the problem is, ely ore doesnt drop for solo players. Its locked behind group content.

It shouldnt be required to exploit game mechanics and play two accounts at the same time to get. That’s the issue.

There needs to be a mechanic in game for people to solo grind ely ore.

I feel a lot of people that are against this already have their upgraded kit, and are afraid of competition in the game.

You feel wrong. Please don't put words in the mouths of people you know nothing about. That's absolutely not the case and is so far off the mark it's insulting. I've spent was try more time helping new players than I've spent helping myself, so I strongly resent any implication of selfishness

I love competition, I love more activity. What I loathe is people who want everything on easy mode and cry about people who have 5x as much stuff after putting in 20x as much work

"The Three Heroes" is the Mir tagline for a reason. It's meant to be a group game. If you choose to play solo, you're choosing to miss out on a very small portion of the content. Own your choices and their consequences

I agree with what you're saying hence why I liked the comment but the comparison with Marvel Rivals is a bit void because they will have employees and be funded by a studio for development, this is a private server with two people who probably have jobs away from this as well to cope with. Also do not think there are 500,000 people in the whole mir community, let alone on a single server

I’m not comparing mir to a AAA that would be absurd lol.

The point im trying to make is that the mentality in gaming is changing. People are getting fed up with artificial grinds and drip fed content.

This server would be more competitive and active if people didn’t have to spend years grinding or 5,000$ to get a decent kit.outside rmt, i wont even touch that topic

Some people are happy with 50 active players and 30 stalls with zero competition or content, those that aren’t eventually leave due to boredom.

A lot of the people that have grinded and got new kit are now finding out that kit is effectively useless as they’ll never be able to upgrade it due to content being locked behind what was once considered group content, and as soon as everyone else figures out that they can run 2 mirs to farm bdp and rdd those two will be locked forever, effectively murdering end game content for those of us that dont just play for events.

Well said and 100% agree with the players and competition. Even if it got adjusted, I reckon it will still take me forever to get a kit close to Ammar/Grit/Zadu etc, but at least I'll believe it's achieve able.

My wiz kit was built through grinding, I'm confident I put 10x an many hours in building that kit than you've put in since you started the server. I was massively committed back in the day like you wouldn't believe. My tao kit has been almost entirely p2w, you could build a kit like mine tomorrow if you put the same amount of cash in. Probably less cash tbh since sockets have got a lot cheaper recently. It's definitely achievable right now if you put in either the time or the money

i`ll pass dude on both, one i dont have is time and the other, not for pixels thanks. I just bought two one year old yearlings (racehorses), these cost a few quid but feel more of an investment then pixels.

I mean come on dude we are talking like £300 quid ish for an orb, ehh no ty. I would much rather put it away for my Childrens futures than spunk it all on here.

We have been here before, i dont mind spending some money on a game, i have obviously in tha past, but i have limits to what i am willing to waste and i can assure you, i absoulutley can afford it.

For the solo normal player obtaining ely ore is out of the question, yes ely items upgrade are top endgame gear, but normal upgrade items are stupidly hard to get without spending gg. enchanted ore is a joke, this should drop off all the mobs in STT and maybe more people would play.

ATM I will just play events as its only thing worth doing.

Make a challenge room swap bosses like 10/15bosses but rare to drop elys ores for 30mints rerest everyday it’s fun for all and make it 1account enter not like ppl have alt and go in
