Time Tame Pets

The re logging to recharge rev was removed due to being a boring aspect of the game.

spending 10 minutes every 50 minutes re-taming pets is equally as miserable. I don't believe they should un-tame, Half the time I log my wiz, just to save time on pets. Using game shop pots is a no go, as I lose my pets or waste time on the pots adding time to pets. So I just don't buy them, as pets are more valuable than the exp added from pots.

Bring back the p69 pet shop! used to tele in pay for pets to spawn in little cells. Was handy! them Furys ( Forget the full name) when they was added was like hulks!

FatalFury I think Dean, and when you hit rebirth you got blue ones or some shit am I right? Yeah bring back the Farmer wiz pet room Andy. End up paying Gamepoints to enter probably now a days though

Ha ye the blue ones raped when they was added. Due to the flinch.

The quest was the best thing about it tho. Transporting the sheep with 1 hp l. If they die you failed.

if the taming time aint going to be increased then could you stop e shock from killing pets ?
as I normaly let my pets untame to retame so I get the full 4 + hours but in doing this you kill 2 out of 5 pets with e shock.
this week in sunken I killed the 1st 3 hulks I was trying to tame with e shock ..... % of shock to Death didn't used to be as much of this , has this been increased specially on hulks to stop us from keeping them during the week efter event?

totally agree with dean , no point using rage pots mc pots GG buff pots when u have pets yous need to spend 10 mins retaming every 45 minutes , time I get my 5th pet to 60 minutes the 1st 1's already down to 50 minutes

Yeah what I've taken to doing, is similar to you, wait for them to untame then retame and get the full 4 hours. Then I can safely pop a bunch of pots and go hunting for 2 or 3 hours. Then when pots are done I'll hang in town and chat shit until they are ready to untame then repeat. Doing the e-shock to top them up thing is only useful to even them up, when one has 5 minutes left I'll look at which one has the longest time to go and will e-shock the other 4 up to that so they will all untame at around the same time. Shocking them all up to an hour is just a pointless waste of time imo.

The e-shock killing them occasionally is a big problem though, would be really helpful if that wasn't so bad. I can only get to sunken ship 6 times a year, because I have other commitments on tuesday evenings, so I have 2 free tuesdays over christmas and 4 in the summer, which makes the pets far more valuable to me. I've been extremely careful with the ones I got 9 days ago because it's the last ones I'll have until summer, and even at that I've only got 2 out of 5 left now and had to get 3 weaker pets from elsewhere. People complain that wiz pets are OP and tbh they are, but the amount of work involved in keeping them barely makes it worthwhile, we work bloody hard to earn the OPness lol
 
Honestly I think it is getting a little silly. A few years ago you couldn't log out with pets, now you can log out and extend tame time. All that seems to have changed is there's new pets that people don't want to lose. It is totally against the intention of the Wizard pet design. It is evolving into something that goes against the design of Wizards. It would be better off suited to Taoists.

Eshock as a skill is pretty oldschool grind and starting to get too powerful since all the old (irritating time wasting) setbacks are removed. Threads like this just make me think the skill should be removed completely

You can gladly remove it if.... you enable bloodstorm and lighteningstorm in pvp :D

Hate the whole pet thing myself and 5 pets has always seemed OTT as Tao's get 4 and wars get 1 wheres the logical balance in that
 
Shock and taming is one of the things I love about wizz char. Leave as they are don’t remove eshock. Pets die tame more yes sometimes is a hassle but is part of the game.
