some thoughts about this event for build on future events

Over the last few events there's been some drastic changes to the private caves (needed), and generally a change to way events are run. This is a good thing. Easter and summer were good!

Unfortunately imo, this is categorically the worst event in c20 events i have played since 2018 =(

too many changes have gone too far and made it really poor.

1) xp - the xp changes are amazing, unfortunately they didn't take in consideration the lunar event. Basically if your lvl 200 before event, top end event mobs were low enough level so you couldn't power level in event ( this is perfect). Unfortunately due to moon boosting mobs level by 2 and extra 30% made the exp gain, massively op for those who could benefit from the the 2 days its was on. I have no doubt this was not intentional but its unfortunate result of lunar crossing with event and having a negative effect.
Apart from that, xp is spot on! ppl cant go to cap in a month or 2!! good work!!!

2) gg caves - gone too far, drops take the piss, worst in last 14 events since they came in. I like the brains and flesh stuff, but its not guaranteed. Ive had a gg cave where i got 0.1 exp and 0 items.... not even a flesh or brains.... this is frankly unactable

3) general map bosses - "work out the rs and camp them - fk everyone else." this is the reality. sub need a random rs (or a more random rs) The current system is short sighted and needs fixing. I know other servers have added multiply rs timers on bosses (no idea how) so they for example rs'ed at 61 min 79 min 34 min (making incredible hard to track and camp

4) cave entry - should have been 200+ (once again too many people bunched in the top 2 caves, changing the instances would have fixed this)

Thoughts for the future:

make the " xmas pot" sellable (noobs can sell to higher level for easy money)

secret words to be made from letters as a quest!!!

make one or 2 letters - really rare, and intern add value from them, this bridges the gap between low and high levels in the market place (finally a noob can sell the top lv person on the server something worth while and both parties benefit)

make event "world wide" - dont restrict all elements to a couple of maps, make bosses drop event stuff!! a quest that needs an event items from the top 10 bosses...!! ( think of the increased fights over EM MK LOKI if everyone wantted an xmas charm they all dropped?
 
Few of my thoughts.

1. Remove kr in general in events and have the big boss spawn randomly on event maps could be nice change. This way gives everyone chance at finding and killing it. Maybe have it so random subs need to be killed and the big boss only spawns once certain amount of these are killed. So it cant be camped. No worldwide announcement either!

2. Gg cave drops were bad this year....but not for everyone it seems. I dunno how much drop rate actually effects the drop mobs in gg cave but i know people outside of hero league who just had a drop pot and stone and had multiple ely items and new event kit. Then theres myself who had drop pot, drop stone and also 30% hero league which went to 40% when i leveled and all i got was a recall brace whole event. Its not the end of the world is slightly annoying.

3. The collecting of parts to get either runes or upgrade kit is nice but could this be expanded to be able to actually buy the new kit aswell. As i said above, i didnt get any of the new kit and it would of been nice to use a certain amount of the brains and flesh to buy a brace or boots etc....have this on a sliding scale with weps and armours extremely expensive of course.

Other then this, event was good and level cap seems to be sufficiently hard to reach this time, so much so i dont think even dani can reach it in a few weeks like last time.
 
I really enjoyed the event tbh, i was playing a low level char so its makes abit of a diffrence but it wasn't easy so it didnt make it boring and was abit of challenge to kill bosses / lures / survive.

Got some good gold/items and even rares :) got 171-180, happy with that since I dont play for long each day.
