Out of interest, how long was the run / effort to get to him? Shame he wasn’t around last year when I could play 24/7 due to lockdown compared to only a few hours for 3 nights this year, oh well

Imagine running em but having to clear every mob like rdd. 1.1-1.2k mobs per map. Imo was better off farming maze-f5 and ending the hunt at gk when bag was full.

I think I am lonley to feel all this shit with huden caves and "quest" bosses and stuff are not rly what mir about. Superb event overall but this is not one thing I personaly feel was good.
I solo the boss, np, but it shoudnt be hidden. Nothing shall be hidden in mir. My opinion.

Back in the day p69 used to have all sorts of juicy hidden bosses. A bonus for the geeks that solved riddles or just simply took the time.

Most people too lazy for that now. Perfect example is event start/end date, was available on notice board in BW since august, was on website, forum, facebook and sent in emails. Yet you still have people the day after the event finishes asking "omg is event finished???". People ask stuff all the time that would literally be quicker and easier to search rather than asking and waiting for an answer.
I've posted guides and maps and lists and all sorts on the forum and I still have people pming me ingame asking for advice, I usually just respond with "go read the forum" because I've already posted the answer really clearly and easy to find in 30 seconds. Then I see them 3 days later shouting in town asking the same question
Making things hidden is fun for a small majority, I usually enjoy that kind of challenge myself. But I accept that most people just want quick easy things to click on and kill without having to engage their brain at all, so there has to be some balance and I think this event hit that on the head. There was lots to do for people who didn't care much, but also some worthwhile but not OP rewards for those who put in the extra effort.

That was such a pain in the ass to figure out. Our guild stole the maps from a chinese guild lol.
I'd love a high level numa map or lotr. Such a great set of maps for lotr cave.

Would put the dragon scales to more use maybe? Some people use them for armour upgrades but not sure how many?
If I am right you needed a dragon scale to get down from maze to the viper floors where you had a KS sub on 1st, KH sub on 2nd then KR Viper Nest
I think I still have the maps with traps marked on them
