If you've spent time and/or gg collecting crystals and added them to kit that's suitable for your level, but now (or later on) want to use higher level kit, then you'll need to get new crystals and sell on your old kit for pennies. That's how trickle down works. It's expensive and depressing and time consuming, but it's how it's always been, and that isn't changing at all

Then don't add the tool at all and all those in ELY are stuck just like us.

For 10 years it has been our stance not to release such a thing. It would be incredibly pay to win and would render rune drops pointless.

The primary purpose of this tool is to allow players to re-spec where they upgraded 180+ kit before the existence of Epic runes which can now exist in that kit.

Any items below level 180 are unchanged and any value in them will remain unchanged. Therefore whatever was spent on them was in conscious mind.

I think you should only be able to take 1 rune per tool, what about the noobs, who shows them Zade?...
Who helps them....
Catering to keep the players who have allways played will not gain more players to the server your going to lose more over time and be left with veterans who are going to be awaiting the next bright move thts zade has in his hat not fair...... On players who struggle with the AH market as it is don't get me wrong am not a paying player but I have been loyal to this game for years wheres our pat on the back

When players who have fully runed holy crystal items move on to celestial they sell their HC stuff on cheap
When players who have fully runed celestial items move on to elysian they sell their celestial stuff on cheap
Those items all fully runed and crafted nicely hitting AH for 1/10th of what they cost to make is literally the lifeblood that helps new players make progress
If this tool was available to all, that market completely vanishes immediately and forever

The tool as it is, gives players at the top who have run out of things to spend gg on something new to buy. Maybe it shouldn't be there at all. If it doesn't work out then it should be removed completely. Going the other way and allowing it to be used on low level kit will utterly destroy the game economy and would hurt mid level players a LOT more than it would hurt high level players

You won. I'm out. Gm isn't changing this and he obviously values ELY players time and support of this server over those that don't have ELY.

Giving the last pet I have that hasnt been eaten by server bugs to the other guild leader, pulling my shit out of account storage, and done.

I'll go back to PoE or Guildwars 2.
