If the pets are taken away then I want wiz to get back into its glory days. 2k MC and no damage to mob/boss is simply wrong. All none wiz needs stop crying and complaining when sh1t doesn’t go in your favour suddenly peeps are making negative post/threads. But yes I agreed with the this post pet timers need be stopped in town. Tyvm cry good none wiz!! Oh also please make warriors and Tao balance they are way OP!! They need be tamed

Yeah would be nice if wizzies could also become the Damage class they're spose to be Instead of having to rely on pets so badly . Seems taos have taken the crown for being insanely tanky and their damage is insane at the end of the day they're a support class ?

Pretty sure GM could put a pet store in PW NPC same as when you start arena ? It is annoying having to keep logging in and out especially when WFH and just want to sit in town afk . everytime logging in/out the pets lose half HP as well .

Think a pet store would work well . Would also prevent SZ being like a Zoo

When you log off, the database stores the current pet health as a 16 bit entry. The max value that can be stored in that field is 65535. So any pet with more than 65535 hp will have exactly 65535 when you log in, as it simply can't remember any higher than that.

A fairly simple database update would fix that, just need to change the field type. But it would need to be extensively checked for bugs, as with old code like that all sorts of random things nobody would expect to happen can appear when you make database changes.

It's always the testing that takes time with these things, and normal players just see it as a 'simple fix'

I'd had the same BDP pets for a very long time until the server crash deleted them. Went to planes to get some ogres to replace them and got 5 suitable pets within 20 minutes. They aren't quite as good as BDP ones but are completely disposable, very easy to replace if needed. Might not even bother going for BDP ones now, these do the job and I don't need to stress about protecting them. Thanks to GM for adding them, they are exactly what was needed to fill this gap

I have never had BDP pets yet, only Ogres. Warriors are awesome pets, so much so I don't really care that I've never had BDP pets as they can't be that much better.
