Runes in GG caves have gotten a lot better, honestly way better than before. I think it’s a good change because, let’s be real, if we got everything we needed right away, it would just get boring and way too easy. But here’s an idea—I think they should add a system where you have to spend, like, 1k GG to get one item, and maybe 2k for another. It would make people use more GG to get items, so if you don’t get something from drops, you could still get it from an NPC. That’d make things a lot more interesting.Thanks for the feedback everyone it's always interesting to review the opinions of the boots on the ground!
From a development point of view, as always with events we quite literally copy the previous event's drop tables and see what players wanted more of (or less of). For example this time around (compared to Legs & Webs) we doubled SR drops in private maps and tripled them in the main event maps.
Obviously the challenge for us is to anticipate the changes in desire as something that was desirable last event may not be so desirable this event.
What's the experience with runes this time around?
For me add that tool in gameshop.
