i get your point to be honest i find my pets are like glass cannons high dc/mc but low amc/ac , only thing that makes mine strong is when i get them lvled up they have 70k hp so takes a gd beating to have em die

I went all sc early on and only recently tried balancing a bit since I came back so always had awesome pets when lvling. Even now it's me that tends to die not my pets but that's not cos my pets are good ;-(
