Randomly saw someone mention legend of mir 2 earlier and got hit with a massive burst of nostalgia and decided after all these years finally time to play it, had to make a choice as a kid myth of soma or mir and went the soma route.

Is there any most know tips or things i should look out for ? ive seen the guides that are stickied and will be having a good read of them but any most know tips will be appericated !

think im going warrior

100% agree with the advice to not fast track. It's very tempting when someone offers to boost you. If you go hunting with someone very high level you could end up level 130+ in one evening and have no kit and no understanding of what to do and you'll just get stuck and quit out of boredom, or be forever in a cycle of reliance on others.

Best way to get longevity out of the game is to use the lower levels as a learning experience and build up an understanding of everything as you go.

Btw I used to play soma too, man I have some really silly memories from there. We're you there for the linen runs? Can't believe how much time I spent perfecting that run from shop to storage down to the pixel 🤣

Been grinding away and got upto 116 been really enjoying it

Few more questions

Can you get bigger bag space ?

Currently using thr 3500 hp pots, that give me 40hp each tick , can I improve this at all ?

For warrior I should just stack as much AC DC MAC as I can? While trying to get bits with accuracy and speed ?

Haha yeah I was on soma for the linen runs ! Was on the original esoma as a kid and played some of the private server aswell. Linen runs was a nightmare, make a mistake and end up with bugger all !

get as much accuracy as you can, but don't waste too much on low lvl kit, agility is required also. Try buying bigger bundles of hp and you'll carry less. Just take your time learning your character and maps and feel free ask for advice. There are some people who will help you for no reward. What was your character on mir2? Are you hoping to be be pve or pvp further down the line?

Bag space is limited, need to think carefully what to take with you on a hunt and leave space for drops!

How much hp per tick you get is the same regardless of what size of pot you use. It is affected by your total HP and your HP regen rate. The cheapest way to increase that especially at low level is to get an amulet with regen on it, or use a regen torch (5gg in shop). Main kit that includes HP runes is generally quite expensive relatively, so don't bother until you are a big higher level and will be getting kit that you will keep for a while and get your money's worth

Speed before anything else, try get 20 or so (including buffs like berserk etc.)
Accuracy and agility make a big difference too, but are only noticeable if you really focus on them, it's a bit of a "full send or go home" stat, a little bit of an increase won't help at all, but once you get over a certain threshold (ie, you have more acc/agil than the mobs you are fighting) then suddenly it will seem like a cheat code

DC definitely you want, it's the main warrior stat, but it's totally fine to sacrifice some for speed especially

AC/MAC not so important until higher level, don't focus on these but you will get them increased naturally as you aim for higher DC items they will come with higher AC/MAC too

Another thing that is useful is damage elements, pay attention to the skills you use and what elements boost them, for example fire frenzy uses fire, twindrakeblade uses dark etc., getting things that have these element damage stats can help you kill a lot faster

Element resists are not important until you are higher level, so don't worry about them for now

Hope that was useful to you!

Not immunity, but agility and poison resist both help reduce it
