Help Request My items drop in demons invade

Hi Andy,

I hope you're doing well. I need your help recovering my items that I lost during the demon event in Arcane. I was offline for a day or two, and when I logged in, I didn’t realize there were around 25,000 mobs in the full map.

As soon as I entered, my PC froze for about 30 seconds. When it returned to normal, I noticed my armor had dropped. I kept trying to get back in, but I kept dropping more items—my belt, bracelet, and ring. My armor was one of the best I had, and it took me a long time to obtain and upgrade.

If I had known the area was that packed, I wouldn’t have gone in. Now, all my items seem to have disappeared, and no one else has them. Is there any way I can recover them? I’d really appreciate any help you can provide.

I tried to send this message privately, but my other account is still awaiting approval. It's been almost a day, and there's been no update.

As I understand from ARC, this area should be a safe zone with no drops, yet I've still lost a significant amount.

I hope the GM can assist me with this.

I think it's best if GM disables the player drops there or maybe block mobs from entering the safezone/town. Alot of us died and some of us lost valuable items because of the amount of mobs and bosses in map. luckily I got all my things back except the treasure stone
