Help Request Items in bag/shop invisible

Most items are invisible.

Fresh installation today. I get the following message on the patcher:
"http://www.mirarcadia.com/update\Map\D2070.map.gz" wrong version info.. [2980, 3753]
"http://www.mirarcadia.com/update\Map\D2079.map.gz" wrong version info.. [8684, 11716]


I tried deleting and re-installing fresh and still getting the same issue. I can see the items Im wearing and a piece of DragonBreak skill book is visible but everything else is invisible (I can still mouse-over it). I am running as administrator. I played not all that long ago with no problems so I think it might be this recent patch?

The download is a tiny file just enough to trigger the autopatcher, most of the game is downloaded through the autopatcher so you should have same as everyone else

First thing to check in situations like this is if your anti virus has deleted or quarantined some of the patch files

Thanks for the report.

Zade made a good suggestion and I would start there first as issues like this tend to arise from any antivirus software. Also, as a precaution, always make sure you're using the installer from the main website / the forum post in Important Info.

For info, the graphic and position data for items are stored in the following inside your install directory:

Items.(x) - graphic data for items in your bag/belt
DnItems.(x) - graphic data for items on the floor
StateItem.(x) - graphic data for equipped items

I don't want anybody to get into a habit of messing with their files as usually a rerun of the patcher with the AV kept in check will resolve the problem or a fresh install if not. Failing that, sometimes manually deleting the Mir2.exe or, in this specific case, deleting the item graphic files associated with the missing texture issue and rerunning the patcher will restore the missing files and run an integrity check.
