Yep thats the confusing part, when you have high PA, the DC 10 is no longer dc 10 and you dont know what to put on your gear PA or Dc +10

Thats why I made that tool to work it out for you

But even then it gets more complex, because you have to consider what buffs and pots you may be using, so it's not even always the same answer and you should tailor the kit build to suit what you're most likely to be doing

Also to throw more complexity and opinions.. I think a well built defensive kit would be better than a maximum damage one!
