Can curse book be made with the pages?

Have searched every npc i can think of. You'd expect it to be past bichon but i'm lost. Any help appreciated.

Saw one in AH for 78gg yesterday. Just got to look carefully through all the 'Cursed' equipment and find a book

Not been added yat. Maybe gm did but no clue where the npc at.
