Repent working in pvp again

Ive asked before and im asking again ! I really think this should be allowed to work in pvp, i honestly think it was balanced enough . i mean u could puri its effects ? maybe reduce it so it only does like 10% or something on players instead of the 20% ? lemme know what u think
