Are you using pets?

If not, don't. Seems to be a weird thing where if pets get the kill (not all cases, seems pretty random tbh) it stops you from getting the GS from it. Same thing happens when I used pets at REL and it didn't respawn... sins confessed

Same thing happens with most bosses I think, Raezohr is still missing off my completion list even though I've killed it about 10 times lol, just one of those things you need to persevere. Bit annoying nonetheless

There’s a few that all look the same so as Venus said, make sure ur doing right one. Or just kill them all

yup the one in connected path you need to summon from the npc’s
