Where to get skill neck?

Very rare now, haven't seen one drop for years.

The requirements for levelling skills up has been massively reduced though, so skill necks aren't really needed any more.

Interesting, I'll give that a try some time.

Only time I've ever seen one drop was from level 40 WT, but that was a very long time ago, like before covid. Since then I've heard of people camping there for days, killing 100+ boss and get nothing. So it's possibly removed from drop files or been made more rare.

I got mine from level 40 WT approx 15 months ago. Bound to character though so god knows if it was a quest or something.
