I won’t take credit, it’s mainly copy and pasted but being lvl 200 on my Wizz naturally I have done a lot of the quests and have been able to elaborate on some.
Most of the 3rd upgrades won’t tell you what you need until you visit the NPC with said weapon upgraded twice previously in your hand. When I find out I will update.
I will also put a wizz pet outfit up based on my experience through the levels, what to get for certain things, difficulty, and where to obtain and so on.

Sadly not, Through my experience in game i would suggest not spending the time and effort upgrading anything lower than the snowbrook weapons. The server is relatively easy to get up to 165 and from there you can obtain much greater weapons so my advice is put the effort into the EXP side of it and you will gain more than a few stats.
Also like any server Depreciation has taken its toll on HolyCrystal and Celestial items and these can often be purchased very cheap compared to what they have been previously. This is due to the natural course of players out levelling kit and more of these items existing in the first place, there are a few absolute bargains to found from time to time with all this in mind which have already been worked to the max and this may be a better option for you.

if you do decide that you want to upgrade the level 150 items it is quite simple, you just need to obtain Loads and Loads of Naga ores and turn them, into runes from desert tunnel and the NPC can be found in Naga Wall

I just need the HC brace but money is too tight to pay the GG required. I was going to try to negotiate with BBQ but he’s never online lll.

I don’t understand the upgrading using naga ore. Where do I even get those? I’m still fresh lol

Bags are? You upgrade items with essence and design. After that you can further supplement stats with orbs

Aha, gotcha. It's a very slight upgrade, won't affect stats much, but it does change the skin to be a bit nicer. You'll be quite quickly moving up to higher level weapons but the naga ores are really easy to collect so no harm if you want to give it a go. Plus it's good practice to do it to see and understand the process ahead of doing the more time consuming ones

The npc will talk to you only when you are wearing the relevant weapon. He tells you a bit about it. Get the ore in desert mines, via desert tunnel
