So the number one complaint for me as a war atm is the amount of damage we take. Now adding more def may not be the way to go, same with buffing hp.
Fury - take damage to be received as a dot up to 80% of war max hp. After the buff wears off you receive the damage in the form of a dot.
This would give wars a bit more risk/reward and take advantage of hpr. Currently hpr is only useful when disengaging and no one really uses hpr.
Now this wouldn't make you invincible of course. If you charge into battle and use all your pooled up it's nn regardless. Also makes rt'ing alot more perilous and forces you to spend more time in waiting for dot to wear out and your hp to Regen.
