Summon Angel/Elemental

Just an observation I noticed when using summon Angel/elemental.

When both are fully leveled, they are both 1 level lower than Sinshu and Skelly. So, I'm level 132, which would mean all pets should be 131, but angel and elemental are 130?

No concern as they work as intended, just seeing if there is a reason behind this?

i seen this a good while ago just didnt think much of it but it would be nice if they was all the same level to be far as we have got the skill and did all the work to level it

i always assumed as the shin/skele are kind of bog standard theyre only 1 lvl below but as the elemental/angel has a few extra spells that can hit from range that justifies it being 2 lvls below
