You could play the game and spend nothing, and people do. It just takes longer, some people want to speed up the process. I thing wrong with that - most modern games have micro transactions so why not Mir?

I think most people are pretty level headed with it. They earn their money and spend it on whatever. Some people buy 20 cigarettes and a bottle of vodka, some like other things.

People are different, they’re adults and can do as they please.

We do realise it, and for the most part aren't bothered by that. Every game is a cash grab, welcome to the 21st century :p

it's not really gambling, it's dopamine, no different from taking a couple grams along to the pub every friday

that's a bit of a contradiction, playing 24/7 would affect your life, if you're paying money to speed things up so you can spend more time outside surely that's a good thing
 
You dont need to spend, i earn gg from in game quite easily. Mostly selling gold and runes etc

I only ever donated once a few years back, to fund gg caves in an event to get into heroes league on wiz. Since then nothing...

As already mentioned, some people spend to make game easier and get quicker results. Thats a personal choice but it isnt necessary to enjoy game.

With all due respect mate it looks like this is effecting your life more then anyone else here . Yeah I admit I find the game does lean toward spending but as mentioned every game is like that most people accept and donate something and some others don’t and still get enjoyment out of the game. No real need to insinuate we have a problem or come along passive aggressive.
 
I'm curious, to OP, was this post triggered by any particular event, did something happen?

I'd be happy to help out if you're finding yourself at a brick wall with some aspect of the game, and help you find a way around it without the need to spend money.

GM also hosts 2 other servers that are completely dead btw so let the guy have his moment, 12 years of Arcadia and it's still pretty good, don't see any other server quite cracking the code like this dev team has done

Hardly EA Sports, FiFa or FC25, but i get what you are saying as i have had similar feelings towards it in the past and in the present.

Game is fairly quiet atm and the current ingame economy is reflective of this, but people have families and work etc, however you can earn GG by not donating, just requires patience and persistance.
