Store char black screen when logging in

Hi there,

I recently had problems and had to change pc, i have only just managed to get access to files from my old laptop and have tried to log into some of my store chars. I had one left on the last skull island map and he wont log in and instead i get a full black screen. I believe this is because the map doesnt exist anymore and hes in some sort of limbo.

Could the char possibly be moved to a town so i can log him in please.

Char name is "stallystallers"

Any help would be appreciated
 
Characters automatically get moved to main game maps when event ended. Have you run the autopatcher? There have been updates since then, so you may be missing some files
 
Yes i believed the char would be moved on point of log in but i just get a black screen with that one character. All 3 other chars log in as normal but that one, which was only one left on skull island map, goes to black screen. Auto patch has been ran. So its something to do with the char being left on skull 100%. Should be quick fix i hope
 
No doesnt enter game at all. Click log in on char then goes black screen. Have to force exit mir as cant interact at all
