Recovering long lost characters

Hi, so whats it been? 15 years since I was last playing P69 lol.

And to that end, purely out of nostalgia I am trying to access some of my lost accounts, however all of these links regarding account recovery/activation seems to be broken?

Does anyone have working links I can use, or is there another method to get access to my old accounts? Any help would be great .
