Level 195+ Rares

I mean in regards to Para, Rev, Clear, Necklace and Pro etc for Heroes League

Is this something that will be added to server in the future? Or maybe make the 180 items upgradable ? Just seems silly a level 180 is running around with the same stats as those who are 195+

In the past they have always been a bit lower than the top, because it makes people have to make a decision between using a special ring or a regular ring (to do more damage / defence). I'd expect a new set to come eventually but probably be 1 or 2 level cap rises away
