You're going to need to explain a bit more if you want some actual advice. No point in us guessing what happened

I'm going to take a few stabs here, I'm guessing your Khazard pet has disappeared, so here's a few possible scenarios:

1. Press CTRL + R and it see if he has bugged out in your bag.
2. Re-log. Everybody knows a reboot can fix stuff!
3. Have you dropped it on the floor by accident?
4. Have you sold it by accident instead of repairing?

However, the chances are, you are going to have to find another one, as things rarely just 'disappear'. It usually is a 'player error'.

ctrl-r only fixes things that don't show up on the quick bar, which arcamon do, so it won't be that unfortunately

Your other suggestions are reasonable, I'm just moody in the morning and refuse to help people who won't help themselves. If the guy can describe the actual problem then I'll offer help

Check your 1-6, was helping a nub once he repped his pet, thought it had vanished was on his 1-6.
