i can`t move in game! why ?

Hello, i can`t move in game i dunno why, i try all servers p60 arcadia an achorns and i can`t move in game , spells i can used but i cant walk, any ideeas?

Run windows update, let it install whatever is necessary, then run game patcher as admin, it should fix the problem.
