hey there andy there was a new guild made called wheelchairgang but the stability has not been going up or down for the last 3 nights and no gbp have been takening from the guild too ....... can this be looked into asap please
 
There's a cool down period for new guilds where stability doesn't move. It's intentional, to give new guilds a change to recruit members. I can't remember how long it is exactly
 
It's not a bug. Search the forums several people have asked this before and GM explained why it's like that
