Hey there andy and others

I was just thinking no one ever knows if andy or wards see the post we do i know they read a lot and just dont comment but can there maybe be a little tab on the forum post that shows a admin has read the post even without having to comment just like when you make the post or comment you get a little book or tick on the post before you open the post maybe just a little tick with A next to it so it shows it has been read by the team

i think this would give a lot of people a little peace of mind knowing

Not sure if this is possible on the forum but we do read through posts regularly.

Often at times, when we don't reply straight away or even at all is not because we are ignoring people - sometimes the answers we have aren't always as straight forward as some may think, some aren't always a simple yes/no that sometimes people believe. Sometimes things that are brought up need to be looked into in more depth or may already be on the drawing board to be looked at/are being looked at. Sometimes what gets mentioned is planned for future release so we don't want to give any spoilers or mislead. Sometimes when things do get brought up, waiting for a little while can be crucial. I can understand it is no doubt frustrating when you make a post and it doesn't get any replies but take our word, it doesn't falls on deaf ears. :encouragement:

It is more time effective to respond when needed rather than just a, "yep, seen this, will think about it, let me get back to you" all the time, as this often sparks up more "well what about this, have you looked at this yet?" - at this point, it could be something being worked on/to be worked on, so what do we say then without spoiling anything? :p

Sometimes peoples ideas and discussions don't always get added how they view it, but may be incorporated into other things slightly tweaked and adapted to fit certain themes in the updates. You would be surprised at just how much feedback gets picked up silently under your noses :)
