Bug Report Fire sword and blazing fire bug warrior skill

i noticed for bosses when i hit them with blazing and the following hit is fire sword the second one doesnt count even if the first hit was fire sword then blazing doesnt count so i have to hit the blazing fire skill then follow it with a tdb hit and then fire sword can you fix this please , havnt tried it on players so i dont know about that but for bosses its bugged one of the hits doesnt count
 
I cant provide a video of this bug as i dont have an screen recording app on my pc, its really frustrating that my 2nd strongest skill as warrior doesnt count
can you fix this asap please
