Farmer quest - hidden lands

I'm currently level 88, didn't do this quest earlier and now find I can't access hidden lands as my level is too high so I cannot complete the quest.

it should be changed so under 100 can still go and any quests with level limitation should be marked or amended so it can be completed regardless of level.

thanks I'll test this later, assumed I was stuffed as the teleporter didn't work
