Event mob kills resetting?

When I logout my mob and sub kills resetting ? Back to 0 lol ?! Is this a bug ?

my orb count is resetting to lost 8 orb counts :O , relogged to see if it is fixed and I've now lost 39 total score the original 8 and another 31 on top of that, please fix this

ya, i have to relog every 4 hours or i drop to 20 frames and stay there.
