Easter Event a complete let down

After all the hype of the Easter Event it has been a huge let down so far.
Not enough mobs to support the players in the level 160 plus (nightmare). How can a low level 160.er competes for mobs with a 170 plus wiz its its madness, no thought has been given to this cave at all, It would be lot better to have more Mazes with a different level cut off point what mobs are there seem to not shed the exp that warrants the 9 and half minute wait for aRespawn, yes, I timed it in the maze...
If and when you get a blue or red don't expect a drop at all except a few manna or HP pots,
Basically, you waste 10 -15 minutes getting down to the maze start, then once inside you find a room and wait like 10 mins for 2-6 mobs then to move to next room, etc. etc., if lucky you find your way to the next level if not you just waste another 2- 3 hrs killing maybe 100 mobs in total.
Very, very disappointed

I agree with i dont like event so far. This usualy are best event of the year. Me with my irl dont have time to run all those floors! RT and tele must work as previus years.
With my family life i get like to lava 2 floor then a kid needs something and I have to start all oveg again. Andy change this asap

I think you need to wait until the first wave of enthusiasm has passed as many people want to get first dibs.

I just popped into the mazes and maze 1 had 750 mobs 1 player, and maze 2 was 400 mobs 2 players.

A 1 respawn may have taken 9 minutes but there isn't only 1 respawn and times can be affected by player count it usually starts at around 30 minutes

i think levels should have been changed to 170+ not 160+ 150-170 130-150 and sub 130.

I had a quick go and made it to lava temple, then I had to go because the chippy tea had turned up.

Packs of mobs were a bit scarce and there was a lot of running involved - hopefully get a better experience of it tomorrow.

I agree with OP. I was really looking forward to this event after hearing from people about previous years Easter events. Unfortunately I'm just not feeling this as much as the two events since I started playing (Xmas and Chinese New Year).

Based on insane cave, and my level (167)
- 3k exp per mob in the safe floors 1-3 makes it pointless to kill anything there.
- unable to compete for mobs, make a lure then bang someone comes in with a PK or stealing the lure, resulting in a fraction of exp made when compared to normal levelling places.
- lots and lots of running involved!

And before any flaming I know I'm a noob and need to get good!


Al made a good point about a 170+ cave, grouping 160+ players with 170/180+ players is just too much. Giving the 170+ people their own cave would help a lot!

At this point it would not be such a bad thing if there was a 170+ cave and a heroes league only cave too.

I say that only because levels have progressed a lot since these level restrictions on event caves were raised from previous.

Honestly something weird I've noticed. Earlier did a hunt had about 28 unids in 1.5 hours hunted later for 2.5 hours and had not even half that.

It’s normal. You were at right place at right time can’t always happen

Well see tonight. 2nd run killed 3x as many supers/champs And did 3x more exp to have half the drops.

how this cave is a let down .......... well levels 160 to 170 have to go in the same cave as all them high rollers pkers and they just pk for no reason ohh that person had a blue mob kill them and take there drops .......... standing on the drops to take them this would have just been fixed with a 170 under cave LOL

Pretty ignorant and insulting comment. We've spent the best part of 10 days preparing it which is usually the case for every event

We do appreciate the effort that goes into making the events sometimes we can come across as insulting. Not intended insults just constructive critisism most of the time.

Also very sad that carful Kev is social distancing this event. He’s been the highlight foe me the last two events. Also had lots of items put aside for ultra orbing. No ultra orbs dropping tho so that’s a no go.
Also two years ago, aswell as the dungeons ther was also bronze silver and gold eggs all over Arcadia? What happened to that. That’s what got me hooked on the game.

Shud of been a 170+ cave really aswell with lvl relevant items. I now have a storage full of binghe and huoyan items. Great

That was a part of the lockdown event. We had covid event then d&d then easter from a few years ago. Drops were kinda meh but the level ranges were narrower

Sorry Andy, u know full well I usually try and keep feedback constructive as possible and def had a couple to many ciders before this one! I know you guys put more 5 mins into it!

I may be way out of turn here but, it feels like you make the events based on the starter players then up wards. If you changed the top level you would ultimately have to change the bottom more than u want to... core players VS new donations is what it comes down to.... don’t get me wrong, this is a job and a business for you, but please don’t treat us like we don’t know it!

I cant quite put my finger on it either, this is usually the event I look forward to all year but I have gave it a good effort and I just cant warm up to it, the exp is decent but not amazing, drops for me anyway are not good I feel like I should take a week off and return when its over.

That's a massive difference to the last two years when I have at the last minute booked a week off work just to participate as much as possible lol

It feels like there are less mobs? And def a lot less runes being dropped?

Event is still fun but I'm not desperate to jump on atm
