Discord Server?

Hi, sorry if it seems like I'm spamming the forum!

Since I'm actively playing and yet haven't spoken a word to anyone ingame apart from Zade who was very helpful in getting a quest item for me, I was wondering if there was a communication hub somewhere like discord for like minded players that I could possibly join? I've always got questions and I don't want to keep spamming here!

There's no official discord server, but most of the top guilds have their own discord servers and WhatsApp groups.

Best place to ask questions is here or on the Facebook group. If you have a question then it's likely someone else is thinking the same thing, so it's useful to have questions and answers here for others to reference in the future.

The search function can be pretty good once you get used to using it, most things have already been answered

I agree with you there are benefits to it, unfortunately GM has stated before that there will be no discord server for the server as a whole, his reasons are that discord just ends up a mess of abuse unless carefully moderated which is just too time consuming for little benefit.

As mentioned above, most of the main guilds have their own discord servers so get in a large guild and you'll have all the voice chat (and occasional drunk singing) you can handle hehe

I think it'd add such value to the game and encourage more players to stick around.

It doesn't have to be official, just a good kind person with lots of time can start it up *ahem* Zade?
