Create a new account problem

I have tried on my laptop where i play Mir and on my Pc again where i play Mir and on the home page of Mir Arcadia trying to make a new account anf nothing works.
On the game when i try to create one it goes to a blank screen saying try alt enter and it causes a blank screen again but minimised.
on the forum page theres an oops message page doesnt load.
So how can I make a new account?
I posted similar question in the admin section and received no reply

Use the login details you use to log into this forum account. Or create a new account on this forum and use them details to log into your new account in the client
