Make war fun again.
Get rid of ally mode for wars only.
Make the best guild win.
Guild who owns the castle v guild who's warred the castle. Only one guild can war at a time. Keep the dates the same.

More guilds may actually go to war if its a fair fight Easy winning when your completely outnumbered but wheres the fun?. Im bored of being in a guild with allies who holds all the walls. War is boring.

We go through phases where everyone is on one side and it's impossible to compete, eventually arguments happen and there's a split and wars become active again. I don't think making changes like you suggest would have any effect on that, because everyone just joins the same guild to win.

It would only work if combined with changes to how guilds work. I've made a suggestion about that before. Make incentives to people to stay in one guild to reduce hopping.

When you stay in a guild long term you get bonuses, something like this
1 month 50% discount on ID scrolls
2 months 50% discount at Kevin (making gems into orbs)
3 months +10% buff/pot duration
6 months +20% drop rate

With incentives like that, most people will want to stick to one guild, which will help make things more fair
 
Or keep your allied guilds happy and don't screw them over, then complain when you can't get a castle? Allies has always been a thing on all mir servers since day one. Castles ownership and strong guilds has swung in all directions over the years. Immortal's have dominated the server for years. It makes it more interesting having a change, just means guilds have to rebuild to be strong again.

Thats true , but back in the day was large player base now its like 100 people 40% dont war so thats 60 people split amongst 3-4 guilds so naturally going to be bottleneck of war players that either on 1 team or another if 1 guild can attract those players more than the other then it will be always lob sided thats when allies come into play but still 1 guild with 0 war allies versus 1 guild with 3 war allies its no brainer lol , hence the OP has a good point maybe not sabuk but other castles ....
 
As stated I'm in Noto guild, we are allied with everyone to go against 1 PVP guild no wonder they have given up. War is boring and has been for a while. We are fighting one guild which is completely pointless. Every other guild is PVE apart from Immortals. Guild v guild would make war fun, even numbers and possible make more guilds want to compete. Nothing to do with greed or anyone hating. I don't hate anyone , its just a game but war is a big part of Arcadia which is non existent. War isn't fun, not one person can say it is.

how would that work then? only 10 people are allowed to go to war ? So you pick your team of 10 and no1 else allowed to go to war ? and only 10 people can fight for all the walls ? makes no sense at all and defeats the point of war. Guild v guild is the best way.

I mean you could always break allies and make it like a free for all I think that would be very interesting watching 3 4 guilds battle it out for 1 castle Instead of 3 guilds v 1.

U prob need try harder but ur clearly some one from immortals who acting from noto , even tho if ur from noto u can just join immortals , and btw '' Dj'' reader , '' Dj'' dave , '' D'' ave , if im not wrong ur prob that noob taoist in immortals who calls dave as well lol , even tho im not against any of it in all cases winners will stay winners :)

Templar did say they would do that just after summer event but they seem to have just got scared and gone running to noto and legacy lol

Would love to see a free for all fight for once think it would be good fun and make wars great again.
