Cant connect to arcadia. Randomly happening since reboot.

It started maybe around two months ago. Every week, there’s a day when people can’t log in because the login gates go down. Some people get disconnected for about 10 minutes, and then it goes back to normal. There seems to be an issue with the server. Hopefully, GM can fix it.
The character loading one was when i lagged out while standing in town. Was talking to people in discord, no internet issues.
The cannot connect to arcadia one was me loading a second instance of the game while my main account was in town and running just fine.

My friends and I are experiencing the same connection issues as described in this thread. We've just returned to the game after a break and can't load our characters - we're getting the exact same error screens as shown in the original post.
Based on what I've read here, it seems this might be a server-side issue that happens periodically, where the login gates go down for about 10 minutes before returning to normal.
Has anyone found a solution or workaround for this problem? Or do we just need to wait it out until the server stabilizes? Any information would be greatly appreciated as we're eager to get back into the game.

If it was a problem with the server, surely everyone would have the same experience? It seems to be limited to a small minority, so possibly something relating to your connection, or your antivirus. Maybe even a routing issue, are you all in the same region of the world?

I think people who near Middle East have the same problem.
Even happen to me for afew minutes on p69 last week. Then it went back normal.
