Hello, I have tried countless times to change my email in several ways, but actually I have a problem with the forum that has a bug. Every time I click on the profile and then pass and conf, the page relogs and I can't do anything
I think u can help me thanks!

He cant access the email, due to the email account itself is no longer active. this is the issue. he would like to retrieve the account but it's impossible when the account is no longer on the system, so basically the account needs updating with a new email. but he can no longer access the account

That's not a bug, that's a sensible security feature.

You can't do that through the forum, you'll need to email GM directly and see if he can help

Yes, that's right. Your forum and game accounts are one account, that's all that is saying.

If you do certain actions to your account (such as changing email, or putting wrong password too many times) the account gets locked and you need to confirm access via original email. That's a basic security feature

If you don't have access to that email any more then you need to explain that clearly to GM and will need to find a way to prove you are original account owner, then he might change it for you

I have all the necessary information, and the game master can verify my IP address, as well as the IP history on the character for the last 10 years.

Every time I try to email the game master privately or post on the forums, my messages require approval. I just need him to check my private message so I can provide the necessary information to help with changing the emails for both characters, which are at the top level in Project69.

It's not a bug mate same thing happened with wummy but gm sorted it for him he will reply to u so have sometime.

And let him work on it i hope u get it back u noob warorir hahah.
