The boss Azure Tiger is random in Snowbrook. But it doesn't drop the pet. If that's what you meant, the pet is only available in Xmas event and drops as a FrostTiger, then you have to evolve it into Azure
 
Every event the thing is getting more difficult to find.

At first it was randomly spawned in Snowbrook, now I think it's rare and randomly found in the public caves but more likely in the GG caves
 
Its normally spawns in the public cave in the same spot each time, if you ask around during the event people will let others know if they find one. i know I stood next to about 5 waiting for people to come and claim it, as you cant trade these over.
 
People who say they are rare just need to hunt more. I stopped picking them up after I had 1 for each of my characters. Left loads of them lying on the floor

Mate I'm aware of people who try unsuccessfully each year, and yes it ends up where they use the help of others to find it. It's luck mostly but years ago they spawned in Snowbrook and everyone could get them, back then EliteTroll was the best anyway until it got nerfed and FrostTigers were surplus to requirements
 
I find once you have found one then you keep getting loads but it can take ages sometimes for some people, my warrior is still without one and I've done 3 christmas events but my wizz/tao have had like 20 each lol.

Can you clarify if you mean you killed the boss 'AzureTiger' or if you found a pet? If you got a pet, what is the exact name please

As far as I was aware, the low level boss AzureTiger has always spawned outside, but it's a worthless kill. Whenever anyone talks about Tiger they generally mean the pet which is a very different kettle of fish
 
I always knew it was tamable for a wizz to use as a pet never knew it dropped the tiger itself.

Used to be there was an azure tiger and a frost tiger lurking outside snowbrook.
 
Doesn’t drop as a pet, can be tamed by a wiz I think. There is also a different tiger I think 5starTao has 1 and I assume GM took those out of drop list?
 
I forgot they can be tamed, but the tamed version really isn't any use

What other tiger did 5star have? I don't remember any different one except the ones that evolved into Azure

I was talking about the azure tiger outside of snowbrook, zade. its tameable
