After negotiations with GM over pay and working conditions broke down over the weekend, it is the intention of the SRNU to invoke industrial action until the matter is resolved. NPCs who are members of the union are encouraged to withhold designs and essences from players until GM accepts the new terms proposed by the union. NPCs have families to feed and bills to cover, and have been asked to work extra overtime during this busy event period without any extra pay and we find this unacceptable.
