It seems like every other hunt one of our group members crashes or disconnects. From US and UK.

Please restart the servers or figure it out.

Not certain if you mean the game application crashed / closed itself or if you mean that you disconnected

Assuming disconnection, unfortunately I don't think there's a lot that can be done. The log-in servers are pretty stable themselves but a connection problem can occur anywhere in-between. Thus the further away you are, the more chance of an issue. Larger companies would mitigate this using multiple servers closer to end users.

You could try a latency reducer app or similar VPN as they may offer some stability by reducing the number of hops in between. Otherwise make sure you are on a wired connection and run some diagnostics on that. It is possible a driver is having a wobbler and causing a blip.

It may very well be connected to the undersea cables that were cut in November or simply the storms we've been having over here

This issue seems to occur from time to time, where some players are unable to log in for an hour or more. It can sometimes escalate, causing disconnections for others, while some players remain unaffected. Hopefully, the team is aware and working on a fix.
