They definitely ruin all pvp/pk/wars. Basically whoever has the most wins. 100k is not enough for sure, but i think removal from shops is best way, and put them as semi regular boss drops.

P69 hasn't been updated in 2 1/2 years. I think it kind of needs it more right now.
