and btw, theres a quest in bitchon...at the guy where u usually special repair weps( but here it doesnt work...) ... u give him GoldOres and he tells u to find a guy.....but WHERE IS HE? lol :))

Quest tokens drop from bosses, only bosses I know that drop these are :
Evil Illusion, Lord Sauron, Zanture Demon there are probably more bosses that drop them but I'm not too sure of any others :)
