I've had a few people come to me for advice when their gg doesn't come through and I generally run through the obvious suggestions
1. If first ever payment on that account it sometimes needs manually authorised so can take a couple days
2. Are you logged in on correct forum account
3. Are you buying on the correct server
But it seems there's some cases where everything is right but there are still long delays.
I'm going on the assumption there is an anti-fraud tool in place that requires GM to manually authorise some payments that get caught in the net.
My suggestion is to make it very obvious and clear to the user when this happens, it will help to manage expectations and reduce complaints.
