3 LOTD in one day?

So just wondered if it was a bug or if somehow people spawned it more than once, but 3 lord of the dead's spawned today, wondering if thats actually doable?

Heh, was the region hunted a lot yesterday? How fast were the respawns?
Respawns look quite soon after one another. Possibly a bug there

Not sure exactly but seemed like maybe half hour to an hour apart from eachother.
